Heal from the root.
Hypnotherapy for lasting transformation
in-person & online
Welcome
I’m so glad of you for being here. My name is Mirthe, and I am a licensed hypnotherapist. Whether you feel stuck in fear, trauma, addiction, or emotional unrest, I am here to help you release what no longer serves you and guide you toward true healing and self-discovery.
The hypnotherapy sessions are designed to go beyond the surface, working directly with the root cause of your struggles to help you rewire limiting beliefs, release emotional burdens. This creates profound and lasting positive change.
Through my own professional and personal journey, I have developed a deep appreciation for the subconscious mind and the profound transformation that is possible when you really dare to look within.

Hypnosis is a natural state of being that we enter between 10 and 100 times a day. It is very easy for you to reach this state. In this session, I use progressive relaxation, the most powerful and natural way to guide you into hypnosis (your subconscious mind). You are always in full control of yourself and can open your eyes at any time.
My clients and I have found that online sessions are just as effective as in-person sessions. The key to a successful session is simply to relax.
-
Hypnotherapy works directly with the subconscious mind, meaning you often experience noticeable changes after just one session. For less complex issues, 1 to 3 sessions are usually enough. However, deeper trauma, chronic anxiety, or deeply ingrained patterns may require 4 to 10 sessions.
-
Yes, hypnotherapy is generally safe. There are minimal risks, unless you have a medical condition such as epilepsy, heart problems, blood clotting disorders, or other physical conditions. If this applies to you, please contact me before booking a session.
During the session, releasing emotions can sometimes feel intense or uncomfortable, but this is a natural part of the process. Most people feel normal after the session, but as the day progresses, fatigue or a sense of “transition” may arise. This is temporary and usually lasts 2-3 nights while your body and mind process the session.
-
Yes, absolutely. You will remain fully aware throughout the session—the only difference is that you will be in a state of deep relaxation.
You are always in control of what you choose to share and how you respond. You can communicate any emotions, thoughts, or needs at any time, and if needed, you can open your eyes whenever you wish.
In hypnotherapy, we want your conscious mind to stay engaged, allowing you to process, understand, and integrate insights as they unfold.
-
Yes! The key to a successful session is feeling relaxed. The most important factor is simply listening to my voice and being in a safe environment where you won’t be disturbed for at least 3 hours. A stable internet connection is important to ensure a smooth session.
-

Topics I can support you with.
-
Fear can manifest in many ways and significantly impact your daily life. This includes fear of flying, water, heights, public speaking, loneliness, attachment issues, fear of failure or success. Phobias are often intense, irrational fears that lead to avoidance behaviors and stress.
-
Unprocessed trauma can be deeply rooted and affect your mental and emotional well-being. This includes sexual abuse, domestic violence, physical abuse, emotional neglect, accidents, medical trauma, or profound loss.
-
Addictions often serve as a coping mechanism to suppress emotional pain. This can include smoking, excessive drinking, drug use, gambling, compulsive eating, overworking, porn addiction, obsessive shopping, or compulsive behaviors such as nail-biting or hair pulling.
-
A disrupted relationship with food and your body can be deeply ingrained and manifest as anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, emotional eating, excessive control over food, or body dysmorphia (a distorted self-image).
-
Recurring unhealthy relationship patterns may stem from subconscious beliefs and emotional blockages. This includes trust issues, fear of intimacy, fear of abandonment, emotional dependency, or continuously attracting destructive relationships.
-
Depression can cause feelings of sadness, emptiness, lack of motivation, disconnection, and hopelessness. It may result in low energy, withdrawal from social activities, or difficulty experiencing joy and connection.
-
Chronic stress can lead to exhaustion, emotional irritability, sleep disturbances, concentration problems, and a constant feeling of being overwhelmed. Burnout occurs when stress builds up to a point where recovery feels impossible, affecting both mental and physical health.
-
Deep-rooted thoughts like "I am not good enough," "I don’t deserve happiness," or "I can’t do this" can shape your life in ways you don’t even realize. These limiting beliefs often affect confidence, decision-making, and self-worth.
-
Physical pain or chronic conditions without a clear medical explanation can be linked to emotional tension. This may include headaches, digestive issues, chronic fatigue, muscle pain, hormonal imbalances, or persistent pain conditions.
