What is Hypnotherapy?

Unlike traditional talk therapy, which mainly engages the conscious mind, hypnotherapy works directly with the subconscious mind—where your beliefs, memories, and emotional patterns are stored. This allows for deep and lasting change in ways that logic and willpower alone cannot achieve.
Think of it like this:

How Does Hypnosis Work?

The hypnosis I practice is very different from what you see in stage hypnosis. You are not “under a spell” or unaware of what’s happening. Instead, hypnosis is a completely natural state—one that you enter multiple times a day without even realizing it.

Each 2 to 3-hour session is carefully structured to guide you through the process in a safe and transformative way.
Preparation & Intake (30 min)

I explain how hypnosis works so you feel completely safe and at ease.
Hypnotherapy Session (1.5 to 2 hours)
I gently guide you into a deeply relaxed state, creating a safe space to explore and release subconscious blocks.
Through this process, you may experience profound emotional releases, freeing yourself from patterns that no longer serve you.
Every session is unique—sometimes we uncover past experiences, sometimes we shift perspectives, and other times, a deep sense of peace and clarity naturally unfolds.
Integration & Closing
A gentle transition back to full awareness.
We reflect on the insights and emotional shifts you experienced.
You’ll receive personalized tools to continue the healing process after the session.
